Client Testimonial from George Bryan, Engineering Manager
“Bryan’s Salads has been operating the large onion peeling machine from M&P Engineering for over 12 months now. We are extremely pleased with the after sales service we received post installation of the machine. Engineers from M&P were on-site to train our team on how to use the machine. They also delivered training on general machine maintenance which is really important for the long term performance of the machine. Another key observation is the overall yield rates of peeled onions, they have been really impressive, with no waste and no lost produce.”
Large Onion Peeler
The Large Onion Peeling Machine from M&P Engineering tops, tails and peels onions of 45mm to 115mm diameter using self adjusting floating knife assemblies over a range of up to 25mm on any one setting. It then slits the onion horizontally from top to tail, the depth of slit is determined by onion quality and grade. The machine finally removes the skin using compressed air providing an end product of optimum appearance. Click here for more information.
